🦅 The Barkhamsted BOE meeting scheduled for tonight, 12/2/25 at 6:30 PM is canceled and has been rescheduled for tomorrow 12/3/25 at 6:30 PM. 🦅

❄️ Due to the anticipated weather conditions, Barkhamsted School will be closed on Tuesday, December 2, 2025. Please stay safe and warm, and we look forward to seeing everyone when school reopens!

🎈 Our first graders lit up the halls today with their Balloons Over Barkhamsted parade! Their creativity, excitement, and balloon characters brought so much joy to our school.

🍂 We are so grateful for our Barkhamsted community! Our halls are filled with gratitude this week - reminding us of all the moments, people, and joys that make our school such a special place.

Yesterday, The Barkhamsted School community gathered for our annual Veterans Day Assembly to honor and celebrate the brave men and women who have served our country. Students shared songs and words of gratitude that filled the room with pride and appreciation. We are so thankful to our local veterans for joining us and for their incredible service and sacrifice.

When you were relaxing at home today, our teachers were hard at work learning, sharing ideas, and connecting as a team with Hartland. And yes, we snuck in a putting contest too! Congratulations to our winners!🏌️‍♀️📚
