2nd Grade Field Trip to the Science Center
Its Almost April Break!!!!
Today, Mrs. Neary's third grade class participated in a Latin American food tasting in Spanish class. They ordered in Spanish and tried foods such as: tostones, platanos, chicharrones, and chaufa (a Spanish style fried rice). Food was donated by Cora Cora Restaurant and Leon Restaurant in Blue Back Square, West Hartford and snacks were donated by funds from the PTO! Muchas gracias! Ask your 3rd graders how it went!
📚 And the winner of our March Madness Tournament of Books is… Because of Winn-Dixie! After an exciting month of reading, voting, and friendly competition, this beloved story captured the hearts of our students. Thank you to everyone who participated and made this such a fun and engaging experience!
